STEPS TO APPLY FOR AID

Step 1

COMPLETE THE PARENTS' FINANCIAL STATEMENT (PFS) APPLICATION.

Complete and submit the PFS online using Galloway School code #3346. For detailed instructions on how to complete the PFS, click here for English and here for Spanish.

If you have problems with the PFS, contact the Customer Service Center for Parents at 800.344.8328 or sss@communitybrands.com. If you are a returning parent and you completed an online PFS application last year, then use your email address and existing password. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot my password." The online SSS application fee of $51 is payable via credit card. All applications must be submitted via the online process.

The PFS comes with a Required Documents Cover Sheet. Use this when sending in additional documents to SSS. Due to the number of documents they receive, documents sent to SSS without the cover sheet will not be processed.

Step 2

SUBMIT YOUR TAX FORMS.

Upload or mail a copy of your 2019 taxes (including all schedules--see Financial Aid Process) and W-2 forms to School and Student Services. As part of the online PFS process, parents have the ability to upload tax documents and W2s directly to SSS.
