Every year, The Galloway School Parents Association hosts an on-campus festival to celebrate our community and encourage fun. Traditionally, this event has been called the Fall or Spring Fun Fest and was geared to entertain our younger community members. This year, we’re doing something different!

So, what IS ScotStock? 

ScotStock 2023 is this year’s PA Community Festival, reimagined to appeal to students of all ages (and parents)!  Built on the tradition of the beloved Fun Fests of years past, ScotStock is a day for our entire school community to gather together and enjoy student and parent-oriented activities, music, food, and FUN. As a nod to 1969, the year Galloway was founded, the theme is a Woodstock-style outdoor music and arts festival - done the Galloway way. 

What’s new?

In addition to tried and true Fun Fest favorites, ScotStock will present a Main Stage on the Green featuring live entertainment for all ages.  Performances will include:

• The Wowie Zowie Show! By Dad’s Garage  - an improv comedy show for the whole family
• Magic Show by NYU film student and Galloway graduate, Ari Isenberg '20 (a perennial favorite!)
• Sneak peek performance of selected numbers from the UL production of The Spongebob Musical
• Musical performances by Galloway students, parents, and alumni!

Also new this year:

• Knockout Basketball Tournament and Human Foosball Inflatable Game, where teams can compete in a life-size foosball game 
  • Both activities will have dedicated playing times for parents and older students
• The Basic Bus Photobooth - 1967 VW Bus with a full service photobooth inside
• An Artists Market featuring arts & crafts tables and ML entrepreneurs selling their wares
