We look forward to getting to know you and your family this year!  The admissions team is excited to host a variety of events so that families can get to know our community. Our goal is to provide different opportunities to learn about our rich programs, student life, curriculum, community, and more.

Admissions Events

Campus Tour 
October through January 
A great way to experience Galloway is to visit our campus and see our community in action. We host small group tours nearly every week. If you are a prospective parent of Early Learning and/or Middle Learning, your tour will take place on our Chastain Park campus. If you are interested in Upper Learning, you will tour our Northside Parkway campus. Students exploring 5th grade and above are encouraged to attend the campus tour with their parent/guardian.

Community Connections

6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 
This evening event will be an opportunity to connect with current parents, staff, and leadership team members while enjoying food and refreshments. There will be brief presentations throughout the evening from our leadership team highlighting our dynamic program.   

Upper Learning Play  
October 25, 2024
7:00 p.m.
The entire family is invited to join us for our play production of Puffs (One Act Version for Young Wizards) by our talented Upper Learning students! Tickets are limited.

Discover Galloway 
November 17, 2024 (Early and Middle Learning @ Chastain Park campus) 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 
December 8, 2024 (Upper Learning @ Northside Parkway campus) 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
Discover Galloway is our open house event. This event is for the whole family! You will meet our teachers, interact with our faculty, and experience interactive classroom lessons. 

Middle Learning Musical

7:00 p.m.
The entire family is invited to join us for a musical performance of Matilda Jr. by our talented Middle Learning students! Tickets are limited.

These Zoom sessions will provide information about our different programs and opportunities in STEAM, Arts, and Athletics. They will conclude with a Q&A with our presenters. 

Scots Spirit Night
January 24, 2025
6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 
All ages are welcome to cheer for our varsity basketball teams, meet our athletic directors, and be a Scot for an evening! The girls' game begins at 6:00 p.m., and the boys' game begins at 7:30 p.m. Join us for one or both games.

Curriculum Curators
January 30, 2025
6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 
The Curriculum Curators event shares a deep dive into our research-based academic program. The Center for Professional Growth and Learning will provide an overview demonstrating Galloway's cross-curricula and interdisciplinary studies. Groups will then divide by level to join our level leadership for a presentation highlighting the intentionality of our program from our youngest to our oldest learners. The evening will conclude with a Q&A. 

Families of Color Coffee & Conversation
January 17, 2025
9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Grab a cup of coffee and join us for a conversation hosted by the Head of School, Dr. James Calleroz White, to learn more about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Galloway. A panel of administrators, parents, and students will share their experiences. We will end with a Q&A session.
