Galloway bundles its fees into one, all inclusive charge.

The Value of a Private School Education

Galloway recognizes that a private school education is a significant investment for all families. Our tuition is comprehensive and includes all of the following:
    •    Cost of books
    •    Laptops from 5th - 12th grade
    •    Lunch every day from 3 yrs to 12th grade
    •    Field trips 
    •    Outdoor Education in Middle Learning
    •    Excursions in Upper Learning

Not included in tuition: International trips in high school, sports registration, instrument rentals, after school care and courses, AP exams, performance attire

2019-20 Tuition Fees

Pre-Kindergarten $16,999
Kindergarten through Fourth Grade $24,875
Fifth through Eighth Grades $27,275
Ninth through Twelfth Grades $29,075
Deposit

A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $2,500 made payable to Galloway is due along with signed tuition contracts. Enrollment deposits are applied as credits towards tuition based upon the tuition plan selected, which reduces remaining amount owed.

Account Status
Family accounts with the school must be current in order to be considered for an award for the following year.
 
Discount

A 1% discount is offered to families who pay tuition in full by the deadline. At this time, a sibling discount is not available.

Sample Payment Plan

The table below provides one example of a tuition payment plan administered through FACTS.

PLAN A – ONE PAYMENT PLAN WITH 1% EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT

Tuition Balance is due by March 1 (returning students) and May 1 (new students). Payments received after these due dates are not eligible to receive the discount. Non-tuition or incidental charges will be billed as incurred by the Business Office.

PLAN B – TWO PAYMENT PLAN

Tuition balance is paid in two equal installments due on May 1 and September 1. Non-tuition or incidental charges will be billed as incurred by the Business Office.

PLAN C – FOUR PAYMENT PLAN (administered by FACTS Tuition Management)

  • Tuition balance is paid in four installments that are processed on the 1st, 5th, 15th or 20th of May, July, September and November utilizing automatic bank account debits or a credit card option.
  • FACTS will charge a separate, annual enrollment fee and will provide necessary authorizations and related documents as may be required by Responsible Party's bank. Non-tuition or incidental charges will be billed as incurred by the Business Office.

PLAN D – TEN PAYMENT PLAN (administered by FACTS Tuition Management)

  • Tuition balance is paid in ten installments that are processed on the 1st, 5th, 15th or 20th from May to February each year utilizing automatic bank account debits or a credit card option.
  • FACTS will charge a separate, annual enrollment fee and will provide necessary authorizations and related documents as may be required by Responsible Party's bank. Non-tuition or incidental charges will be billed as incurred by the Business Office.

INSTALLMENT PLANS

Tuition Plans C and D are administered by FACTS Tuition Management and require you to register online. The Business Office will communicate specific deadlines and other pertinent information regarding the process during enrollment.
