Orchestra Teacher Entertains Voters at Precinct

On Election Day, ML and UL Orchestra Teacher Kerren Berz and her group Jonquil Strings performed for appreciative voters at a local precinct through Play For The Vote, a group that organizes musical performances at polling locations across the country on Election Day with the goal of increasing voter turnout by providing a more positive voting experience. "It was a labor of love to bring smiles to voters' faces and to celebrate the day," she said. "This was my first year playing, and I hope to bring Galloway students to perform too!"
