Fourth Grade Designs Scarecrow for Atlanta Botanical Gardens
Fourth graders worked with EL art teacher Ms. G to create their very own scarecrow for this year's Scarecrows in the Garden exhibit at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.
Titled "James and Kelly Look To a Beautiful Future", the scarecrow includes an artists' statement that reads, "In these times that make our lives hard and difficult to live in, we the students of EL at The Galloway School wanted to express our feelings and give the message of hope and positivity for the future. This is our gift to the world."
Galloway's scarecrow will be on display near the front of the gardens until November 1. Families can vote for the scarecrow (#51) as the Visitor's Choice here!
