Summer Experiences 2014

The g360 program embodies The Galloway School's concept of lifelong learning. At Galloway, we believe that learning is a process that begins at birth and should continue throughout a person's life. We are committed to offering a diverse blend of educational experiences year round to support continued exploration by unabashed learners of all ages. g360 offers a rich variety of innovative after-school, summer, and evening programs that augment and enhance the school's core curriculum.

Welcome to Galloway's summer experiences!

Basketball (ages 7-14) - register

Directors: Varsity coaches Kiesha Brown and Cliff Waddy
8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

3 on 3 Tournaments, Hot Shot, Knockout Competitions, Basic Basketball Fundamentals, 5 on 5 Games, and much more! This year's camp will be directed by Galloway's Varsity Boys and Girls Basketball Coaches Cliff Waddy and Kiesha Brown. The camp will feature individual instruction, daily competitions, prizes, awards, and camp T-shirt!

Pottery (ages 5-10) - register
Instructor: Alexis Vear
9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Min. 8,  Max. 20

Explore hand building, sculpture, slab, coiling, pinching, and scoring.  Each artist will complete several glazed masterpieces, while enjoying creative experimentation and personal expression through guided projects, while enhancing sensory development and motor skills.  This class is a blast, and it is fun to see the children beaming with pride as each new masterpiece is completed.
