Galloway recognizes that the hours between 3 and 6 p.m. are critical to the development of a child and should be filled with productive, challenging, fun and sometimes even peaceful activities.

Afterschool Supervision

Galloway provides afterschool supervision for Early Learning students (Discovery), and Middle Learning students (MLSS).  In addition to these two opportunities, our Enrichment classes allow your child to explore and thrive through a variety of classes including art, chess, science, robotics, and photography. All programs begin and end on the school campus.

Discovery

Discovery provides a variety of age-appropriate activities that are sure to suit your child’s interests within a safe, nurturing and supervised afterschool environment. Ages 3-10 years.

3-year-olds: noon - 6 p.m.
4-year-olds: 1 - 6 p.m.
Kindergarten: 2 - 6 p.m.
Grades 1 through 4: 3 - 6 p.m.

Tuition: $7/hour, billed monthly

Middle Learning Supervised Study (MLSS)

MLSS is a supervised study program that offers our students a quiet place to study after school.

Grades: 5 through 8 
Hours: 3 - 6 p.m. 
Registration Fee: $50
Tuition: $6.75/hour

Enrichment Programs

In the fall and spring (and even summer), choose from a variety of enrichment classes to suit every interest.  Popular classes include visual and performing arts; science and robotics; chess and bridge; sports such as golf, tennis, and soccer; and even American folk rock. Through Galloway's After School Music Program, private music lessons are offered for Woodwinds, Brass, Piano, Voice, Guitar, and Strings to students ages 5 and up.

Driver's Education
For students ages 15 and up, Taggart's Driving School offers classes in the fall, spring, and summer on the Galloway campus.
