The FirstClass Desktop Client is the preferred way to use FirstClass. After you download and install the FirstClass client application, you will have the most full-featured, user-friendly access to all of the system's features. Through the Desktop Client, you can set your user account options such as External Email Forwarding. The desktop client runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch users: you will find the FirstClass Mobile app in the iTunes App Store.

The FirstClass Web Client lets you connect to FirstClass when you are away from your regular computer access, because it runs on any major web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.). While it’s admittedly not nearly as user-friendly as the desktop client, it does give you access to all of the shared resources and valuable content in FirstClass.
When using external email forwarding, you do not have access to all of the shared content in FirstClass (i.e. The Parents Area, Homework calendars, etc). However this method is a good way to stay connected to Galloway communications on-the-go, when logging into FirstClass is simply not an option for you.
