To honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Galloway’s winter sports teams volunteered with Hosea Feed the Hungry, donating a total of approximately 190 hours.
The Upper Learning Dance Ensemble will perform a collection of dances in a variety of styles, including contemporary ballet, hip-hop, lyrical, and musical theater—all focused on the theme of “community.”
Student artwork from each level is on display at the High Museum of Art through February 2.
Dr. Doug Gies, astronomer, GSU professor, and Galloway alum parent, visited Ms. Berger's sixth-grade science class on Jan. 11, and explained to students how astronomers search for planets.
Galloway Upper Learning students, faculty, and staff gathered on Jan. 11 to celebrate the 101st anniversary of the Gresham Building, the iconic building of The Galloway School, with a plaque commemorating the 100th anniversary of the building.
